What is MMSI's Safety Program?
MMSI is Very Committed to the safety and health of all our employees and clients. Our Safety and Health Program is constantly evolving to keep up with the ever-changing construction and maintenance industry. All employees participate in drug screening, and site orientation and Personal Protective Equipment training.
All MMSI employees are required to participate in weekly safety training. Each employee is required to attend a daily pre-job safety session led by supervisory personnel. These sessions are performed prior to the beginning of work and review job specific hazard recognition, proper PPE, clearance procedures and other safety and health issues.
MMSI has been awarded three “Best of the Best” safety awards by the workman’s compensation industry.
Does MMSI have Certified Welders?
Yes, MMSI has a Quality Control Program in place and employs a full time Quality Control Supervisor and Certified Weld Inspector. All Welders are ASME certified in the required procedures. These include Structural Welding, Pipe, Boiler Tube, and many other welding procedures. MMSI has welding procedures in place and certified welders available to cover just about any need in the construction and maintenance industry.
